Property is in need to repair. Our room felt damp and musty. Bathroom had a lot of visible water damage, black mold along the ceiling, rusty light fixture, door was almost falling, peeling wall paper, dirty walls, dirty floor. I won’t be staying here again.

A/C didn't work in the first room we were assigned. We asked to be moved, and the staff was nice about moving us. Both rooms had very run down bathrooms with dirty/discolored tubs, peeling wallpaper, damaged trim on the mirror, damaged doors. Pool was acceptable, but water in hot tub appeared dirty. Overall just run down and not properly maintained.

Our room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked for a new room and got one that was much better, but the room was missing its deadbolt which impacted how safe we felt staying. I expected better from a Wyndham owned hotel, will avoid in the future.

The staff was friendly; however, our bathroom door had a hole in it as if someone punched the door and wood from the door was peeling off. The door should have been replaced before renting this room. My son received a cot to sleep on that was not comfortable.

The property was run down, dirty, and way overpriced. There is no elevator, the bathroom floor was cracked, the tub and toilet were stained and there was a hole in the tub. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Arrived at midnight night staff at front desk was so high he gave us the wrong room keys and we walked in on people sleeping, room was dirty got to listen to banging around and fights in the hall way all night, very rundown surprised this in the Wyndham properties. Felt like we were staying with nothing but crack heads and staff that did nothing to ensure that the property was quiet and welcoming
