it's near a hospital so we had a few sirens and helicopters to deal with. But we would stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The property was old, but clean. Noise was a minor issue. Great breakfast. Apparently haunted, but hey if you believe in that stuff, maybe you're into that.
This is a great deal for basic sleeping accommodations in Billings. Is it luxurious and opulent? No. But that is the point, it is basic and nice enough, and half the price of the bigger chain hotels. Pretty good breakfast available for $8 per person.
The place is a great location, reasonably priced, beds were comfy and clean. Really enjoyed the decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit tricky. Rooms are a bit small. We will stay here again when we visit Billings.
Very quaint space in the middle of more modern places. Parking lot was empty..kinda sketchy at first. But google maps brought us to the wrong side. They apparently had a restaurant which is closed. The parki g is like an interior courtyard. The room was more like a lodge in the moutains than the big ciry, beds were comfortable. The bathroom made us laugh with its blood red sink! Everything was well maintained and rooms smelled fresh. Def recommend for more moderately priced room.
Wanted something different from the chain Hotels and we found it here. Staff was very friendly. Our cabin was very clean and we really enjoyed the pool.
The property is historic and listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It is a very cool property. It is also located in downtown with easy access and parking. The breakfast was $8 and really a great deal.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Dated but very good value
Do not have breakfast ($8 charge). Stella's is nearby and much, much better food. Room was great except sink faucet was very difficult to turn on (old builder-grade faucet).
Great service in this small downtown hotel. Friendly, efficient staff. Our room was a bit small, but extremely clean & comfortable. The bed was comfortable & provided a relaxing night's sleep. They had a delicious breakfast in the lovely, quaint dining room for $8. We enjoyed our stay!
We really liked this motel and the breakfast was great! Our only issue was the toilet was really old school and ours had some issues Otherwise we were happy!
The property is lovely and clean, though a little worn at the edges which is part of its charm. Our bed and bedding was comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. We felt safe in the area. We arrived late and left early so did not experience the food offerings. Definitely bookmarking this for our next roadtrip in Montana!
