This is one of the best La Quinta hotels I've stayed in. I am careful about choosing La Quinta; some properties are old and run down. This building is about 10 years old and well maintained. The room (single king) was large, clean, and comfortable. The worker at the front desk was friendly and informative. Overall, we were very pleased, but the one thing that stood out was breakfast. On a Thursday, their breakfast hours were 6-9 AM. We were running a bit late, and came down at 9:10 AM. We expected to find the doors closed and the food being quickly put away. However, we were pleased to find the doors open and all the food still available. We got our breakfast and ate. The breakfast room doors were still open. I thanked the front desk attendant, and she said that they try to leave the breakfast out longer for just that reason. This is putting the customer first. I would happily stay here again.

Our stay was exceptional. We had our little dog and they had a lot of area for us to walk her. The staff was friendly and real helpful when we had questions or concerns. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were not friendly. The housekeepers kicked us out before checkout time as well. Our tv/wifi did not work the entire stay and no one ever came up to look at it or try to fix it, even after calling the front desk multiple times. They wouldn’t alllpw our other guest to swim, so we had a room of kids with no tv or WiFi. lol We will be staying elsewhere for our future Billings trips :)

Have stayed here several times in the past and have always been very happy with our stay. The complaint I have for this stay is that there was an odor smell of sewer in our room. We turned the air conditioning on and it got a bit better.
