The staff when checking in was kind. But our room stunk. Our pillows and blankets had stains on them. Our room did not have towels. There was a lip gloss kiss on the wall by the mirror. The breakfast was horrible. There was only one lady working the front desk and breakfast. She told me that she has never made gravy again in her life. So it was just water in the crockpot. I asked her what you were supposed to put gravy on and she said the biscuits I did not put out. So the only thing they provided for breakfast was waffles. It was not a good experience at all.

We were unable to stay! They overbooked and we had to het a refund in 15 days
Room was dirty and bathroom light like a strobe light. Bathroom sink leaked. Breakfast was terrible. Stair carpet dirty. Screw sticking out of shower door
This was the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. First room we opened up smelled like fresh dog piss, or human piss. Didn't really know & with how awful the staff lady was & run down this plane was, human piss was not a far reach. The other room they switched us to was just as bad, it still stunk, like just dirty ....i pulled down the blankets to look at the sheets & you know when you see freshly washed hotel aheets they have kind of a crease in them & are basically untouched looking ? Well the sheets on my daughter's bed looked like me sheets at home, they were wrinkly life somebody had sweat all night in them & someone just made the bed & threw a duvet cover over then old sheets ....i didn't take my shoes off in the room the entire stay. ..my kids room was also disgusting...it smelled like burning Axe body spray * the front desk lady was also horribly rude and gave us zero info about anything...i don't think this nl Fb
There was only two towels for two of us. The pocket door had no grabber it was torn out. The surface from bedroom to bathroom was dangerous as the floor had a strip in the door floor that had screws sticking out. The floor was littered with little white particles. The hallway was filthy. The security door was missing. The beds were comfortable
The front desk clerk was very helpful. I had accidentally had made my reservation for the wrong date. She took the time to make sure I had a room anyways at the same price. It was late so I really appreciated her.
when i walked into my first room everything was in plastic and it was a room under construction or something, and then i got a second room and one of the keys wouldn’t work and when we finally got into the room the sheets had black hairs all over them and the blanket had some gooey stuff on it. i went and asked for new sheets and they were still hairy, clean or not i didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on them so i actually went and bought some of my own.
I am sad to say that this hotel is poorly maintained. This is not the standard Sleepy Inn you expect. The ceiling had a deep yellow water damage above the queen bed. The bed covering was stained and only 3 pillows were placed on the bed. . The air conditioning system was noisy and the curtain were whipped up when the air is blowing. Dust were covered around corners of furnitures and walls were dirty. It really reflects badly on all your brands. I am disappointed.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was dirty and grungy. I would have rather spent a few more dollars for something better. The people in the room next to us were so noisy at like midnight. Took several calls to the front desk to finally get him to do something about it
We booked the one king bed they had and the clerk said we couldn’t have it upon arrival because it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple days. That’s fine. We then got moved to a queen room that was open and still completely dirty. No early check in we arrived at 4. No biggy it happens. We asked to be moved but fortunately in the time we took to walk down the hall the room we actually paid for had been cleaned by another front desk clerk. WRONG. We walked in and there were stained sheets that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests and WORN eyelashes tucked in under the pillows. Not to mention the dirt in the sheets and tampon in the trash. Do not stay here. In all the time I have spent traveling and cleaning hotel rooms I have never seen this before in my life.
I shared photos so hopefully they show. For the hotels public opinion I left the tampon photo out. Y’all are foul.
Hotel is in really rough shape
We were room 135 and the bathroom door didn’t even have a latch on it, the shower leaked water all over the floor, there’s was dry paint and plaster stuck to the carpet, the metal plate veteeen the carpet and tile floor to the bathroom wasn’t even screwed down, was an absolute tripping hazard. The east side door to the property doesn’t latch, so the building isn’t secure at all. The hallways stink like marijuana. Stayed here about then years ago and extremely disappointed to see how it’s gone down hill
