I’ve stayed here before for a work trip and didn’t have any issues at that time but this time my room had few of the lightbulbs missing, the bathroom didn’t quite seem clean, the door chain lock was completely gone and the people above my room were obnoxiously loud making it hard to sleep.

Rooms need to be cleaned better

Check in was excellent, Beds were comfortable. The bathroom has mold in the shower, and ceiling. There was other people's hair still in and on the tub. There was garbage under the bed closest to the window. My younger boys dropped some toys and so oldest boy looked under the bed, found a empty cup. Then one of my younger boys found a gas station hamburger wrapper, and an half eaten hamburger thrown under the bed. Another one of my boys found under the same bed a nasty cigarette butt. There was stuff left in the fridge.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate with several options and the breakfast area was clean. The exterior in the parking area had people hanging out at a picnic table a lot of the night making it feel unsafe. The main hallways and elevator weren’t very clean and the rooms needed more upkeep. But for one night it was fine.
