Erica was again at the counter to check me in. She had my room card ready and it was among the easiest hotel check-ins I have ever experienced. This lady is very good. She is extremely competent, efficient and always has a smile on her face for her customers. The room, as always was clean, everything worked, including the Wi-fi, and the breakfast was good. This is a very good place to spend your nights away from home!

When I checked in on Sunday, Dec 7th 2025, there were 3 people checking in at the same time. Despite this, Erica, the lady behind the counter, had me checked in the FASTEST I have ever been checked in. And she did this with a smile on her face and a warm welcome. The staff at the Super 8 Wyndham in Billings is excellent. And Ms. Erica is the best of them all.

The sheets were not changed and no cleaning staff available. We had to change the sheets on our own. The floor had not been swept. Ended up with bites on arms and face from fleas, fleas left black droppings on sheets. I telephoned the motel and advised of the problem.

It felt dirty. There was dirt all throughout the carpets, dust in the corners. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an offering of processed pre-packaged foods.

Ive stayed at several motels here in town from luis n clark to motel 6 to the extended stay, dude ranch a few others and for $100 and under, super 8 is the best by far,clean rooms best staff and decent breakfadt
