I had to check in at 4am due to a canceled flight. I had to take bus overnight. I called hotel and they said late/early morning check in is fine. When I showed up front desk couldn’t find reservation. Said it’s because I didn’t check in day before and shrugged. She was about to turn me away but I had nowhere to go and a doctor appt at 10am. I could have been nicer but I was exhausted and desperate.The reservation was found after some time. She gave me key and said it’s upstairs. I go up stairs and the hallways were disgusting. I mean things weren’t vacuumed for months. Smelled like vomit. Full large trash bags left by doors. Walls really dirty. Weird printed signs everywhere giving instructions. “Don’t let kids run in hallways we have truckers sleeping,” stuff like that. I wish I took pictures but I was exhausted. Bed was creaky and hard. Pillows smelled like unwashed hair (not BO but dirty hair). I never give bad reviews but this place was beyond ghetto. Lesson learned. I should have paid a little more for reasonable accommodations.

Do NOT book this property!

I took one look at the room and checked out. This place is a flophouse: no restaurant, no casino, a pool that is “closed for the season”, sketchy people in the hallways, cops in the lobby. Just a disaster. The desk clerk was nice, and he was understanding when I left. Hotels.com needs much more quality control on their listings.

You should only stay here if it is truly your only option to not being homeless. This is not a place for travelers. The price and ratings should have been a warning. I don't mind cheap hotels/motels. This is giant step below below that. I thought it would be a fun little kitschy place. Maybe I'd visit the "Vegas" casino. No. The casino and restaurant are closed up. You check in and talk through a barrier with a camera pointing at you. I was asked to pay a deposit before another staff came and said that wasn't necessary. I don't know how to describe the room. It was a hotel room. There was a bed. There was a toilet and a fridge. It felt like a half-way house. But I did sleep.

Outside appearance is questionable. Sign on main door says “Fire system not working,” key pad on back door is broken and just hanging there, bathroom door won’t close all the way and the handle doesn’t work. Pool is closed and looks like it hasn’t been used in years. If I would have known all this beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked here.

Sketchy hotel. Dirty. We went to use the shower and a dirty wash cloth fell from the shower curtain rod. Suspicious characters loitering around the hotel. It took almost 10 minutes to get checked in even though my room had already been paid for in advance.

I'm an easy going traveler, I don't expect too much from the cheaper places I stay. This place is bad. Bathroom was dirty, floors looked like they hadn't been swept for days. No cups or glasses in the room, and to top it off, no hot water, even at 6AM. Most vending machines and ice makers were out of order, just an overall bad place to stay. I hate to give bad reviews, but this place really deserves one.

The mattress creaked and poked! Pubic hairs in the tub, dirt clumps on the floor, no drinking cups, window latch totally missing, no security chain. I didn't feel safe, shady characters hanging around. Real sketch!

Good price the restaurant and elevator where down. The website said free breakfast didn't happen because they didn't have one. The king size bed rolled to the middle and squeaked every time you rolled over. Only two pillows and you had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths and they wanted you to return the dirty one's to the front desk who does that.
