There was trash all over the parking lot. Hallways dirty. Screaming coming from rooms. Our room was not clean. Bathroom dirty with hair on the floor and substances on the wall. Hairballs and dirt on the main floor. Broken door locks. Poop on the sidewalk. Not from an animal.

Windows in both rooms broken and could open from outside! Fire alarm in room dismantled. Zero hot water, even at 4 am. WiFi not strong enough to reach our rooms. One heater not working sufficiently. Tip: use a piece of the coat rack to brace windows from being pushed open. Good: nice staff, allowed us to check in an hour early. Room cleanliness was as expected for the price. Sheets worn but clean.
