When we checked in, I mentioned that I made an extra payment so we could check out by 3:00 pm the following day. A notation was made to my reservations so staff can be aware. The following day, at approximately 12:25 pm, there was a knock on our door advising us that we are past due for checking out. I mentioned about my conversation with the desk clerk when we checked in. Management should review comments on each hotel guests' reservation before attempting to disrupt guests privacy. When I received my statement, I was charged a lot more than what was advertised onlie. I already made two requests for the last 6 days for a refund, but management has not responded as of this writing. I will follow up if and when management will respond.

I made reservation for 2 queen beds for my brother and I but facility had reserved room with one king size bed. To correct we had to cancel my reservation and rebook under my brothers Marriot Elite membership. I'm waiting for my refund.

Perfect hotel in Cleveland, Tennessee

Was an excellent stay. We stayed there twice in one week and both times they had great service. The people were outstanding. I would recommend this to any of my friends. The room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The only thing that was iffy was the air conditioning controls other than that it was great.

Beds are not as comfortable as they used to be. I booked thinking it would have Pillow Tops like I’m used to at Fairfield. Not here. Not much water pressure but was hot and felt great. The heat took forever to warm up. That could be due to it being 20 degrees outside. Otherwise… pleased.

The property was hard to locate, not centrally located. The elevator was dirty. Our room felt and looked like a dorm room. Very disappointed… The employees were the one bright spot.
