The room felt dirty. We try to stay there anytime traveling and it just isnt as nice anymore. The pool has been closed the last 5 times we stayed as well.

Tried canceling room man at Expedia hung up on me. Called again got a very nice female who helped me get it cancelled because their pool was out of service and the hotel did not inform any guests. Had other family members stay there and breakfast ran out before 8 am and the lady would not refill it

To start the check in we found out the pool is closed and the front office staff said it won't be back up any time soon. The reason we stayed at this hotel was the ratings and to allow our grandchildren to swim. The ability to adjust temperature in our room was horrible and when we down stairs for a drink, there was no vending what so ever. the case that holds refreshments was completely empty. We did not stay the second night because we so disgusted with the first night. Cost us a nights stay without being there but I refused to stay at this hotel ever again.

Breakfast was very underwhelming. Limited options and was lukewarm. The pool had no waterslide like pictured and the pool area was so strong with chlorine fumes that we could not use it. Beds and pull out couch were wore out and very uncomfortable. The room was clean spacious and quiet so that was good.
