no block pool party

Place needs to fix door 2 as u cannot get in with a key so they are putting people in near door 3 &4 but it to far from the pool area. Placing a request on Hotel. com doesn't get the guest no where. It is disregarded. Sad. I would choose some place else next time. Not use to walking a block to a pool area.

Heat/ac sounded like helicopter taking off every few minutes. Toilet kept running. Couldn’t turn shower off. Room smelled of urine. Breakfast was good. Staff was great to promise room discount, but hotels.com did not!!!!

Great old place - reminded me of family trips.

Very nice order hotel. I mainly just used the pool area and my room. Pool area was busy, but it was good. The pool towels were completely empty all three times I used the pool. So the entry way into the pool was quite wet, perhaps supplying pool towels could help that problem. Sauna was nice and hottub was good and it was refilled the next day it seemed as a lot of water overspilled in tge hottub from all the patrons. Room was good and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms need to be deep cleaned, the walls are dirty. Seemed to be a lot of extra people in the hallways.(not guests) Domestic disturbance happened in the hall outside of our room.

Would never stay here or recommend it to anyone. The photos somehow make it look a lot better than it is. It is extremely dirty and rundown. Holes in the walls, mould in the bathroom, the beds and pillows are like sleeping on a sack of potatoes, the entire property has a musty smell, the outside doors don’t lock. I could go on but do yourself a favour and do not book here.

The shower water handle was loose and i didn't use it. Also took my grandson to the indoor pool around 6:30pm and absolutely no towels. Went to the front desk and was told they have no clean towels. Pool was opened to 11pm how is anyone supposed to use the pool with no towels.

Everything at the ramada was great!! Lounge to have a drink with slot machines, blackjack, and blacktabs great!! It was quiet when it was suppose to be quiet and the rooms were very clean!! Great place to stay!!
