Breakfast food was terrible. Food area was really messy, food quality was poor. Construction workers staying at the hotel were eating Mcdonalds food because they know the food is not good. You could see everyones plates with food on them in garbage. Couldn't even open the waffle maker as it had burnt on waffles. Fridge in our room was also not working right.

Needs remodeling, drain did not work, parking lot needs redoing, some drug addict ran over a large cement curb and bottomed out. The exercise room was not open when supposed to be. The room was clean and staff seemed fine. Check in time was not till 4 and should be 3 pm to allow gets time to get ready for events and dinner.

Could barely get our room door open cause it so outdated climbing wall in pool had algae growing on the bottom of it poor lighting all around the outside of hotel staff was too worried about talking to his friends than checking people in towels and trash laying out in the hallways

Didn’t get to the pool or hot tub. Had dog friendly room which had no carpeting and no blankets. Just sheets with thin blankets. Also had dirty washcloths in the shower and only two bath towels, washcloths and hand towels. I think if I have to pay an extra 25 for my dog it could be a little more comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and not soft.
