shower was so rusty we did not use it. Leaky faucet in sink. toilet seat was broken. Bathroom just seemed unclean everywhere. towels smelled stale. waffle machine at breakfast did not heat up. worst place we have ever stayed. we had not taken out the cancellation policy so no refund.

Items in shower from last guest. Sheets were very pilled and uncomfortable. Hot water needed to run 5 minutes before it came. Carpet was bubbling up as it was well worn.

For a $200 a night hotel the room was lacking.Was missing light bulb in lamp. No disposable drinking glasses. Only 1 coffee cup. No paper and pens. The body products in bathroom had not been checked as the body wash was completely empty. Very disappointing stay.

The room needed a deep clean, mostly areas like the baseboards in the bathroom / tile grout ext. The breakfast was not good, really limited options if you are at all health conscious. There seemed to only be one person working in the hotel the entire time we were there. So we couldn't even have more towels brought to the room because we were told the front desk couldn't be left unattended. Beds were average, glad to only be sleeping on them for two nights. The mirror light in the bathroom was really great for getting ready.
