The staff outside trying to park for hotel was VERY rude. Most people people were not helpful when asking how to get to our room. When we pay over 300.00 a night I’d expect a little more friendliness.

Bell Service/checkin/comfort

Bell service guy complained the entire time taking bags to our room. He needs a different job, do not complain to the customer. Made some big spill about the prior ladies tip, I think trying to get us to tip large. I tip fair but I don’t want to hear complaints while checking in to the hotel. I didn’t see do not disturb sign for doors. Cookies given when checkin were excellent and guitar chocolates in room were cool. Room was very comfortable and the best bed for sleeping! I would recommend staying at this place and we will Make future plans to return! It was busy due to a concert.

Apparently our thermostat was broke. We tried raising the temp but it never changed. We reported it. Even housekeeping tried to set it higher. It never rose over 62. They did bring us an extra blanket though. Very uncomfortable. Even piled towels on the bed to stay warm.

I loved this hotel. I am not much of a gambler but a friend is so I went. The staff really made the difference for me. I loved the pool area. If you are staying here you should probably know that you have to be 21 to gamble in this Resort you only have to be 18 at others if gambling means something to you. And this does draw a gambling partying crowd my room was very quiet there were people in the elevators having a good night. So I wouldn't necessarily recommend this as a family stop but for adults who when I get away it really wasn't bad and as a non-gambler person who likes a lot of quiet I really managed to have a nice time. Much of this is because the staff just went out of their way. There were some little chocolate guitars they give out and I wanted an extra one and they gave me five. They knew our college kids couldn't even be on the floor and so they routed them to some places they could go to have a good time so it was a great balance of good fun for the people who wanted to have it and quiet for me. Once I was in my room it was very quiet and the pool time was pretty quiet for the most part until after about 10:00 p.m. I would stop here again just in trouble it was a great place to stay and it is close to a lot of local facilities but mostly it was the staff that made my day.

While I didn’t hit the big one, memories were made to last a lifetime. I loved everything about Hard Rock. From the room, to the separate pools, to the gift shop, and the amazing food choices. And let’s not forget the mass amounts of gaming choices. The drinks were fantastic and the staff was amazing! I can’t comment on the golf course, as I don’t play, but it looked beautiful!

If you’re going to dress up, bring own mirror

The price was way inflated for the actual room… $619.00. Not even a full length mirror… room service was almost impossible to reach, tried reserving dinner at the rooftop restaurant and then was directed to reserve online, but when called the reservation was not there? Hotel smelled like old beer and cigarettes… for the price, I would have expected a fruit basket, bottle of champagne… something!
