Overall, it was fine. The main reason I stayed there was price. It was quiet, which I appreciate. The room itself, a single queen bed, was pretty small. And the overhead fluorescent lighting, and the small TV hung in the upper corner of the room seriously reminded me of a hospital room Some lamps and a decent size TV would definitely upgrade the room.

My husband and I were pleased with SureStay. It is a budget hotel and that's what we were expecting. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The room was large enough to fit our large dog crate in (we chose SureStay because it is dog friendly.) The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of a refrigerator. They do have an ice machine on the first floor, though, and luckily we had brought a cooler, so we were fine. We would stay here again. The front desk staff were very kind and friendly.

This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and service is great. However, the only reason I chose it, was the high ratings. It is definitely not an 8+ property as it is in need of some updating. The room I was in was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed was ok. Definitely old, but they added a topper to it so it wasn't terrible to sleep on. The breakfast was all packaged items. I give the staff and service a 10...but the hotel itself is a 6.

This place is very old, needs updating everywhere, and for some reason has full mirrors across the entire bedroom. It was very unsettling. The breakfast is really sad. The whole place is depressing.

Claustrophobics beware

I could hear tv from next door, but what was shocking was the teeny tiny room size. There was a huge closet but trying to get comfortable was difficult with all the mirrors, walls closing in and noise. There was barely enough room to walk around. Maybe more like a room on a train or plane than a hotel.
