Ok for a night

Run down rooms. The beds were ok, minimalistic approach to rooms. Staff texted 3 times during the visit, I personally think it was too much.

Nice affordable place to stay. Breakfast was weak ...peanut butter was old as was jelly. Jist flat options. Apples were like tasteless the muffins with egg,cheese, and bread were the same. The room was clean and the bath was ok. Beds were acceptable the layout was tight. You get a reasonable place for reasonable price. I actually would stay again and know i was living on the cheap. A few hours awake and most hours elsewhere.

Even for the price, meh.

Our room didn't have soap or shampoo when we arrived. The bathtub was not the cleanest - not horrifying perhaps, but certainly not fully clean. There were long black hairs on the bedspreads when we arrived. Breakfast was either some cereal or some microwavable breakfast sandwiches, so bear that in mind. Hotel and room in general were run down. Price was good, but even with that, a generally unimpressive stay.

Great location close to all the shops and restaurants, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly, the ladies at the front desk were all friendly and helpful specially the one that welcome me at check in. My room was very clean and breakfast was good.

Lack of Cleanliness and Professionalism: Equality?

This was my 2nd visit to this area. My first visit 2 weeks ago was at the Hampton Inn down the street, where I should have gone back to. Friday, July 18 - The room had a terrible smell and was not thoroughly cleaned as it should for an arriving guest. I was so surprised at the quality of the room. 1. Bathroom door would not close I had to turn handle and lift door 2. I purchased my own towels, washcloths, hand soap, and disinfectant spray for my 2 night stay. I used their towels to stand on in the shower and for the bathroom floor. 3. Breakfast was not what I expected at all. One microwave - Jimmy Dean sandwiches and cold cereal… smh 4. When I returned Saturday evening, my room had not been cleaned at all. Garbage not emptied and towels still on the floor. I asked front desk attendant about why my room wasn’t cleaned. She responded that they don’t clean rooms after one night. (Huh?) I said I’m here for 2 nights….she responded they don’t clean after 2 nights either (Interesting) I asked towels and she gave them to me. 5. Rough night. Hot room I just wanted to leave but needed to get some rest for my 4.5 hour drive. All I could hear was slamming doors and loud voices in the hallway. 6. Gnats was definitely an issue - probably since they don’t take out trash 7. This morning I left at 7am - I saw a full garbage bag in front of another room. That’s insane! 8. Upon leaving, front attendant did not care to ask about my stay or offer breakfast 9. Was it my ethnicity??

Just OK

Check in was fine. Rooms were fairly clean but not very clean. Rooms carried noise so it was not very quiet for rest. The buffet breakfast equated to a few cereal bars but not ripe fruit. So, for what we paid it was ok to get a few hours of rest.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The rooms are very outdated and a little crammed in terms of space. The HVAC units are also a bit loud when trying to get sleep at night. It's centrally located to a lot of eateries and is very walkable.
