The owners and workers were mostly men. I was given what i asked for;an iron, clean sheet, key cards (locked mine in the room) and a sink stopper. They were polite. The motel needs an update. The bedding, mattress and chair all had cigarette burns. Which is not their fault since there are no smoking signs everywhere. The first room they put us in smelled like someone had just smoked a bowl. They moved us immediately. I think they mostly get truckers as patrons. They are right next to a Pilot gas station. If they want better patrons they need to clean and install those small amenities. And the pool and hottub were out of order.

The hotel and room were not clean. The room had MULTIPLE bugs in it. There were many stains in the room. The staff was not accommodating or friendly.

Well, we did not stay here. We booked it then shortly after my husband was checking out the reviews. NOT good!! We did contact Expedia, Thi was awesome to chat with and they tried to get a refund throuvh the Super 8 which of course they denied. I appreciate the lenghts that Thi went through to try and get us the refund and ensuring we would be contacted again in this matter. Live and learn, check out the review if it is somewhere you have not gone before. Just stick to the places you know then you won't have to go through this.
