We called and canceled it cause we had a vehicle break down. And didn't get over to Bloomington to stay. We asked for a refund and they said someone will call us back. Never heard from anyone. All we wanted is a refund. PLEASE can we get anything back....

I had to kill a large bug in my room. The room itself lacked amenities. No ironing board, no coffee make, etc. First night wakeup call didn't happen. For the first night wakeup call, the night clerk was rude as he took my wakeup call request. Overall, not a good experience!

Room was good, only problems were the view (onto a small hill), the closet (just a bar and a shelf, but no hangers, not even hooks), the shower (had only a soapdish, more shelves are better), and the reading light (one side didn't work). But these are small problems. The bed was comfy, the location was good, and the reps were responsive. Breakfast was lacking, but that was expected, as we were told it would be continental. I'm satisfied with the stay and the value.
