The hotel staff were pleasant. It is very dog friendly, but unfortunately they don't appear to make much effort to keep the floors clean. The check in was no problem. It has easy accessibility from the interstate. There was only one person on duty in the later evening and unfortunately he could not attend to our requests. We needed to change rooms due to unpleasant odors and that was granted. The second room had piles of dirt on the floor by the refrigerator. We requested a broom to sweep it, but after someone was called to bring one it never came. We mopped it up ourselves. There was only one washcloth it was stained and tearing. Before checkout, there was no hot water in the shower. The tub floor felt like it was going to cave in. The hallways were dirty (mud, fur). The grounds were not well kept and it needed more green space for the dogs. Breakfast was mediocre and the length of time for breakfast was shorter than most hotels. Overall, we would not stay there again.
