4330 Elevation- Amazing views on App Ski Mountain, has hot tub, foose ball

This beautiful home, located at 4330' elevation, offers an amazing view from high on Appalachian Ski Mountain. Built by a local favorite, Chris Spillman, this home offers many luxuries for your friends and family to enjoy.

Step inside the main level and find a gorgeous kitchen with ample space, ready for entertaining. Seating for everyone is available with the dining table and four bar-height seats at the counter. Guests can also relax in the Great Room in front of the wood-burning fireplace. There is a large HighDef TV over the fireplace, great for watching the game or enjoying a movie. To the right of the Great Room, you'll find a main level half-bath and a convenient laundry center. Across the hall, you'll find the King-sized Master Suite, featuring a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, direct access to the deck, a large closet, and a private flat screen TV.

On the lower level, enjoy the game room. Choose between hooking up your favorite gaming system, having a foosball tournament, or rocking out on the arcade game. If you prefer it a bit slower-paced, settle in at the gaming table and try out a board game or surfing the Roku HighDef TV. Just off of the game room, you'll find a second King Suite with private full tub and shower. At the other end of the hallway, you'll find the third and fourth bedrooms. To the left, you'll have a beautiful Queen bed with it's own lower deck access and flat screen tv. On the right, you have a room perfect for friends or littles, with a full and a twin bed close enough for a few bedtime giggles. Between these two bedrooms is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

If you are ready to head outside, the lower deck is completely enclosed for safety and gives a beautiful view down Appalachian Ski Mountain. Head on upstairs, and make dinner on the gas grill. On the corner of the wrap-around deck, you'll also find a hot tub to enjoy year-round. If S'mores are on the menu, you'll find a fire-pit just off of the front deck with seating for six already there!

Located within minutes of AppSki Mountain and Tweetsie Railroad, 10 minutes to Blowing Rock, and less than 20 minutes to Boone, you are sure to find something to do while staying high on the mountain at 4330 Elevation.
Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This home is accessed by a steep driveway. It is plowed in winter but 4WD/AWD and/or chainsare required during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- The homeowner's dogs have been in this home but it is not pet-friendly for guests. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
- The homeowners use outdoor security cameras to ensure their home remains secure. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
