Found leftover food in the refrigerator. The pillows were very full which made sleeping uncomfortable. The food selection for breakfast was good but wish waffles could have been available. The pool was closed. Went to take a shower in the morning only to find black mold surrounding the bathtub which was reported to the county health department. There were lights out surrounding the mirror which made it difficult for my wife to put on her makeup.

When I entered my room and lifted the toilet seat, there was 3 wads of used toilet paper and a large hairball (like someone had cleaned their hairbrush) floating in the toilet! I finally got over that, and then the alarm clock went off about 1AM. I thought it was a fire alarm! When I went to shower in the morning, I could only get warm water, and the paint was peeling all along the top of the shower wall. The sink was stained and the water pressure was very low. This may sound like a fake review, but it is the honest truth. In fact, I hardly ever write reviews, but I couldn't not express how gross my experience was at this hotel. Rodeway (or parent company) needs to know how substandard my experience was at this hotel.

Pool was not in working order, one of the reasons I booked was for the pool. Had to clean the tub before using it and the jets didn't work. Room was nice. Breakfast was simple, bread products, cereal, yogurt.

UGH, not the next time.

We felt rushed, having to check in by 3pm. We drove a long way to get there. In the room a dirty hand towel awaited us on the bathroom sink. One side of the bed sheet was stained. I think Reception was under orders to place all comers in the section we were in, to group for cleaning. Our toilet was split! Broken! cracked straight through! The toilet moved around. It was not secured to the floor or to the wax ring.
