What an incredible hotel and stay. The new product and the staff were fantastic. I stayed here before and the new guest room is just perfect. The breakfast had so much variety and service was excellent. This is my new home in Ft Myers. Congratulations to the team on making me feel so welcome. . I look forward to coming back in two weeks.

This hotel is totally renovated and brand new! My room was a spacious suite with a large living room and kitchen. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and was modern and beautiful!! BEST AIRPORT HOTEL

Great location near the airport

Great Stay. Thanks for the early check-in. We needed to change for a memorial service. Thanks. No eggs or protein for breakfast. The plastic dinner ware can't even cut waffles. loved that you actually had a bar of soap in the room.

I traveled to NC for my Daughter’s graduation and booked room 410 for two days. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and clean. They were also remodeling but not in the way that makes the hotel look messy. The gentleman that were doing the remodel respected the Guests and were clean and professional. The staff was great greeting you on the way in and out. The staff was there if you needed them. Great I mean Great customer service. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Fort Myers Florida.

Not so good of a stay

The people above my room for 2 night were making noise till 1230am had to call down to the front desk, the hot tub was very bad, rocks to sit on no soft surface.

The service was ok and the facilities were fine. However , the cost per night is high compared with other places that gives you the same service. And the worst part was the air conditioning, it does not work properly, does not get cold enough for the room size. My brother was in another room on a different level and had the same problem with the A/C. When we give the complaint the employees, they told us that the temperature does not go lower 😠. So, for that I would not recommend the place as we used the room only for sleep, not to be there all day.
