The shower for one thing, it was burning hot there was no cold water. When we tried turning the water cold the water, the water remained hot, and we quickly showered so as to not burn ourselves. We also had issues with the toilet, it didn’t flush and we had to keep pushing the knob down on the toilet. We also received only one toilet paper during our three night stay. They mentioned that the only clean and give toilet paper if you’ve stayed three nights but we called and requested for them to give us some and some clean towels as well. The person we spoke with said they would bring us some but they never did. We also requested for housekeeping and our trash cans were overflowing. The front receptionist told us that the three day policy also applied to housekeeping. However, we mentioned that we also called and the second day and were told that they would clean but no one ever did.

First room we had a broken toliet. We had to repack and move to another room. First morning, coffee shop and breakfast was not open. Had to find other means. Second morning, granted it was Thanksgiving, coffee shop was closed again. Both morning coffee was made and free. But many signs offered breakfast and starbucks coffee. Other wise the room was satisfactory for our means.
