Box spring for the bed was broken. Not just a little bit, the entire left side of the frame was destroyed. I noticed because when i sat on it, i sank quite a bit and it made a weird noise. The fridge was also not working. Initiallyit was turned off, i had to pull it out of its cubby to turn it on. I realizedquicklythat the compressor was dead. Front desk was not helpful, and seemed as if they did not have the authority to do anything. I had to wait for graveyard shift to arrive to come and look at the issues. When they finally came, (not sure if they didnt believe me or what) they said theyd be back. I overheard one of them say they were booked and had no rooms. I made reservations elsewhere while i waited 15 or so minutes for them to come back. I have no idea what they went and did for those 15 minutes. As soon as i told them i wouldnt be staying they said ok, and that they were sorry. I was not offered a refund, they didnt say if theyd found me other accommodations/solution, i have not heard from the hotel or a manager whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed as i had stayed her a few times before without issue. I will not return here. I am requesting a refund, and will dispute the charges with my credit card company!
