Room was clean enough. Floor was laminate (but looks nice) likely because of pets. We had2 dogs. When I inquired over the phone, pet fee was 30 per nights regardless of number of dogs (max 2). When I got there, it was 30 per pet per night. It would be fine as long as I was told when I inquired. Card key stopped working on the 2nd day and had to be magnetized(?) again, which I never experienced before at any hotels. Overall, it met my needs and was ok.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, with nice, soft sheets. The hotel is a little run-down and in need of some TLC in places, but the staff was friendly. Easy location just off the highway. I did have issues with trying to cancel my reservation 2 days prior and was not happy with the results.

This hotel was a good place to stay the night, the only thing I did not like was that one of the rooms had guests making...noises, no one wants to hear that when they just want to sleep after a long drive. other than that, the continental breakfast was good, customer service was great, very convenient location and soft beds. I would book this hotel again next time I'm going to be in the area.

The whole property was run down the, the reservation was messed up and their attitude about resolving the issue was arrogant at best. It was very overpriced for the condition and the service received.

Good hotel. Hotel was short staffed and went without service the whole 7 days. But, decent hotel, clean, nice pool, nice breakfast. Worked with me on dog fees and room rate, that was nice of them.

Staff was super rude about their breakfast policy. There was still 20 minutes left and they wouldn't put out more food. When politely asking, the woman was very abrasive stating it was "their policy" to not put out more food.
