Pets are not welcome. Beds were extremely hard. TV and lamp were unplugged. We had to pull out dresser to plug them back in. Remote wouldn't work. We finally got a new remote.

Hotel is nice enough. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful when they could be found. Was a holiday weekend, so maybe covering multiple jobs each out of necessity, not normal? Breakfast is very much lacking compared to similar hotels. No elevator. Walls were paper thin. Able to easily listen in on phone calls in adjacent rooms.

They staff or excellent and very courteous and polite and cooperative. The room was clean and had all necessary provisions. We actually extended our stay two extra days and were able to keep our same room. Very quiet and safe location. The only negative remark I must make is that the beds are extremely firm and therefore pretty hard to sleep on. Otherwise I would have given an excellent 5 star rating.
