Broken patio chairs, missing shower drain plug, elevator with an operating permit that expired 6 months ago, with a broken ground floor button, hospitality was horrible, with kiosks that make you pay 100 dollar deposit on the room up front despite them having your card on file, beds hard as a rock, breakfast was sheerly pathetic with the two choices of waffles, waffles, or pastries, oh and also waffles. Room keys that expired before checkout locking us out of our rooms in the process of leaving an hour before checkout. They had no extra blankets available in a freezing cold building, they give you the equivalent of a paper towel thin sheet for a blanket, the phones were all broken in the whole building so we couldnt even contact the "front desk" which wasnt actually a front desk just two empty desks with a remote worker over video on a kiosk, the only people actually in the building are just housekeepers, all other members of staff are not present, only available via remote video at the kiosk. All of the luggage movers had flat tires, loose screws and were an inch from falling apart, ripped seats in the rooms, ripped up ceiling paint, felt like a really bad motel 6, just worse, and $500 more expensive. Don't come to this location, its more comfortable to sleep in the parking lot. Worst hotel experience of my life and ive stayed at a lot of bad hotels. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and the money.
