Compare Hotels with Parking in Boondall

We found it difficult to park - there was always someone else parked in front of our unit. Housekeeping did not come at all during our two night stay. We had to go and ask for clean towels. Rubbish was not removed during the two days. There was no coffee or tea. There is mould in the shower, and the shower leaked. The only thing we had to mop up the water on the floor was our used bath towels. The bed was very hard, and was two smaller beds pushed together to make a king, so not an actual King as advertised.

Location was great. Unit was very clean and well appointed.

Great hotel. Loved our stay, breakfast great and desk staff excellent as were they all. Good location if a little hilly

Front count people & desk exceptional, the fact that room service closes at 10pm is a shame, we went to a show & the time we got back was about 1030pm
