Good, not perfect just yet

was a really good room, comfortable however i couldn't work the air conditioner out ... it appeared to be on, but through he night felt like it turned off and i couldn't work out how to turn it back on .. the result a horrid night's sleep. I would still rate this hotel quite highly, just next time i might take a fan with me.

Rooms are clean Offering an upgrade, but have to pay for the upgrade. Suggest don't offer unless it is free, otherwise I would have selected the upgrade when paying, just a thought. Buffet Breakfast was not very good.

Beautiful stay however F&B was understaffed for dinner and breakfast service. Food and service were lovely but there wasn’t enough staff for amount of patrons and you felt uncomfortable to ask for anything additional.

Check-in was quick and the Hotel Mgr "Mar" really took care of us as we were family. Very impressive. The hotel location and its cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast buffet covered everytaste no matter where in the world you're from.Would recommend without any hesitation

Beautiful upgrades to the hotel. Booking process was easy, check in was easy and staff were all super lovely. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and modern, bed was comfy and we had a balcony which was nice! Downstairs lobby bar is cute with a nice outdoor terrace, parking close by or the hotel has parking for guests for an additional cost. Overall we enjoyed our stay plus the room we booked had soft robes and slippers plus a free mini bar! We will be back when in Brisbane again.

Room we stayed at have a moldy smell coming from the ventilation. The airconditioning wasn't working well. They're hotel lobby was really nice and smells great. But it would have been great if it was replicated in the room as well. The breakfast buffet was a bit lower than average. The pool was okay. The bar was really cozy. You have to tell that you're VIP otherwise you won't be served with your free drinks.
