Outstanding. Second stay which is rare for me and second time was a dream The room is always clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, empathetic and helpful. Travelling with a child is hard enough, this hotel makes it enjoyable. Thankyou

Good modern hotel, clean, tidy located in the centre of Brisbane and within easy reach of shopping area, restaurants and attractions. Generally the ambience in the hotel is very nice. The rooms are big, airy and well equipped. The breakfast area was very good and overall the breakfast was excellent. Definitely would stay again and recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was fairly decent and not fairly priced. The bacon was a bit oily but that would be the only complaint. Room was comfortable and cool. The master switch for the lights by the bed was a bit confusing but other than that the room served us perfectly well

Absolutely OUTSTANDING, for several reasons: the cleanest rooms, with the most comfortable beds and pillows & linens I have ever experienced in a hotel. Everything in the room felt clean, healthy, inviting and calming / soothing. The colours & designs, as well as the products, were a delight. Secondly, the hotel staff were beyond exceptional. Tyler, at the front desk, created quite possibly the best check-in experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think I even knew this was a significant component of a hotel stay until my interaction with him. He was kind, helpful, warm & friendly yet utterly professional and efficient but not rushed, and ultimately made us feel like there was no one else in the universe in that moment (and at every interaction after that). Absolutely brilliant. The perfect person for the job. Every single team member we interacted with, from the desk, to the bar staff, to the wait staff in the restaurant, to the pool & gym team members AND all the wonderful ancillary staff… everyone was absolutely fabulous. The hotel itself was like a fresh and calm oasis, and all the people who work there made it just… perfect. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Good location, albeit on Spring Hill so uphill walk required to get to the hotel from the City, river or Central Station. Hotel was modern and clean. Good outdoor pool. Excellent buffet breakfast. Recommended.

Great room. Staff great. Would have given 5 stars but location is slightly further from where I wanted to be. That was my personal choice and influenced by good pricing. If I was doing the same trip again I would stay in the same hotel but move it further down the hill and closer to CBD. Highly recommend the hotel.
