The front desk lady asked what floor did I want to be on. I didn’t have a preference but she did make sure our friends were across the hall on the second floor. The breakfast is on the second floor so this was great! Hotel is in a great location for all the mountain area activities.

Didn’t like the way we were greeted when we checked in. We were first sent to a room that was occupied. Went back and told the person checking us in. She said there was an internet outage therefore they didn’t know who was where. Which I totally get. However she was not very pleasant about it and then two days later she came knocking on our door and asked us our name as the room was supposed to be empty which meant she never even switched our room. In addition she once again was not very pleasant about it. In addition we were told that someone would clean on room on the 3rd day but all that was done was to empty the trash the maid didn’t even make the bed. We knew the room wouldn’t have been serviced until then but I saw the maid on the 3rd day and she even said she was going to change the sheets which she never did. The breakfast was good but the mornings we had eggs etc we had to warm in the microwave as it was cold.

It was an okay stay. I would not have paid the rate I did for a different weekend (College Homecoming) for this hotel. Staff was very friendly, attention to detail was definitely lacking. I enjoyed the breakfast and the location to campus.

Condition of the hotel and amenities excellent, HOWEVER the advertised 10Mb/s free internet ranged from 1 to 2Mb throughout the whole stay. It was UTTERLY USELESS!. I had to resort to my phone over 5G and turn off my laptop to make reservations for my next night's stay and access my email. Any attempt at streaming was 5min buffering, 1min viewing. Motel 6 has better!

Large selections to choose from with the breakfast. Parking was good but if you are going out i wouldnt leave during the morning or afternoon rush. Room was really nice and specious. The only issue we had was the first room they assigned us was already occupied when we got to the door but they gave us another one fairly quickly.

The breakfast was fresh and the girl that cleaned up room was always busy cleaning tables and making sure that the food was always checked for needing to restock. The manager needs to train the people at the desk. We had problems checking in with our confirmation number. The manager was not helpful and there were people waiting to check in. She could have used more training on how to make people feel welcomed and work on being a better host.
