Check in staff was nice, although system was down so I needed to fill out a paper slip credit card form for payment.
The room and linens were clean. My main reason for choosing this room was the jetted tub and it was wonderful. The rest of the room was mostly functional but there were numerous small things that could have been better. The bathroom fittings (towel bar and toilet paper holder bar) both fell apart while using them. Bathroom seemed to be lacking good towel drying areas esp considering extra tub. Electric outlet situation was lacking. Only one side of the bed had a nightstand with no outlet or plugs. There was a clock radio plugged in by an old fashioned extension cord strung to the other side, no power strip, just the extension cord with 3 2-prong plugs left available but no table to set anything on. There was use of another similar extension cord with no power strip in the other portion of the room. There was a fridge with tiny freezer space and microwave which was great. There was also a tiny sink seemingly meant to be able to wash a dish but no soap, towel or paper towel. Room had several sections but only one tiny trash can. Multiple areas of patched/spackled paint but not repainted.
I gave 4 stars because while there were maybe small inconveniences I really wanted to use the tub and it was great, also as said it was clean, staff was pleasant. If you are more exacting you would have been frustrated.
