The hotel room was in mid-uodating. There was no hairdryer on the wall. The lighting was poor. It seemed as if they were in the middle of updating it and just stopped.

Room was not clean, our fee included cleaning which is shocking because the room was not clean when we got there. So very difficult to operate the TV, extremely confusing. Very friendly people, they took care of our concerns the day we brought them, they were very accommodating for our later check in ( I got there at 2:30 AM the day after check in) beds were comfy. Due to the uncleanliness I doubt I’ll stay again

The location is close to downtown Boothbay Harbor which was nice since it made it an easy drive. It was easy to check in, only downside is making sure you check in by 6pm or call ahead so your room is guaranteed even if you have paid ahead of time. The staff was friendly and nice and there was a continental breakfast which was a nice add on. The room was comfortable.

OK, but I won't come back

I chose this hotel because it was cheap and I was only staying one night. I had the handicap room. It was quite dated, not very esthetically pleasing, but clean and fairly comfortable. I would not stay her for more than one night.
