Loud Elevator Noises

Check-in was in-person, friendly & quick. I hate receiving advance check-in texts so I disregard them. The elevator caused concern during our visit. Every time we used it, it made loud noises. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable, & convenient for our stay.
