Housekeeping only comes in every third day which made it hard because we had to keep asking for towels( hand towels and washclothes). Breakfast closed at 9:00 AM which is hard for late risers. Even 10:00 would be better.

I love best westerns but this hotel was a HUGE let down. We were not impressed at all. The room was rough, the breakfast was sad, and the pool was gross. Super disappointed.

We loved the breakfast! They need to staff the front desk better, especially from 3-6 when people are checking in. The rooms need to be modernized, USB ports would be great since no one carries a plug for your phone anymore.

Re-organize your breakfast room

Good: service, food, cleanliness. Bad: organization of the breakfast room was so poor that my wife's walker would not go between tables/chairs without me moving chairs. Tables were small and square and each had three chairs with it, all were metal. Guests/customers should not have to move tables/chairs to get access for someone with a disability (I can't even think what a wheel-chair bound person would do). To start, organize the room with disabilities in mind: take out at least one table and its three chairs and put them in the adjoining 'living room' to be used as over-flow; then put some of the tables with an edge to the one wall that has neither food counter nor door and organize the three chairs for each on the other three sides. Then plan for aisles wide enough for a wheel-chair. I can't believe that I'm having to tell you all this: doesn't Colorado have some laws relating to access for people with disabilities?

Perfect for what it was

The hotel was located right off the highway we got in late. Someone was at the front desk to greet us. Offered. A free breakfast in the morning with hot and cold offerings. For the price it was perfect

Drove all the way from LA for my daughter’s graduation in FoCo. Tight schedule. Missed a dinner because the owner of this hotel does not accept cash. BofA is 25-30 mins away.. Also, breakfast area is too small. Also, I was given a “accessible” room, plastic on the mattress for 3 nights…. I wont be back.

the jacuzzi needed cleaning & chemicals, it was gross! the beds were comfy, maid service was excellent when I needed a few things during my four-night stay! I thought it was interesting when the receptionist check me in and found out I was paying a lower rate for my room thru Expedia, she switched rooms on me, said she gave me wrong key! Light bulbs were flickering in bathroom & door bolt got stuck in lock position, but able to fix it!

If it had not been for Jonnie and Estoban providing great customer service my ratings would have been terrible on every ?. My room the 1st night of a 2 night stay was in filled with a toxic smelling odor which I ended up nauseated and with headache. The air damaged my CPAP as well. Maintenance claimed all was well the next day. Returned 2nd day and not resolved. Estoban came to room to verify toxic air and changed my room. Thanks to Johnnie for reporting to maintenance after 1st night. Doubt I will use BW again
