Nice hotel for the money

Nice hotel for the money. Service is great! Breakfast, gym,pool are good. Location is good. However, hotel rooms need a facelift and main road to access in/out VERY busy. Consider turning off one block early and come in the back way.

This is the WORST Home2Suite which has been our as primarily stay if possible. They charged extra whenever they can. Parking is an additional $12 even though there are plenty of spaces and the mall outdoor parking just next to the property. Laundry is $3 a load which is already more than other Home2Suite. They use an app which a minimal charge is $10. For travelers who are used to other Home2Suite, stay away as it's not worthy.

The room was very nice. Spacious and bright. Super clean and the layout was relaxing and stress free. Bed was very cozy. Check in was as smooth as can be. Staff was friendly and helpful. I slept in and they gave a late checkout without question. I'll definitely be back

Hotel was clean. Reception was nice. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Only gave 2 stars for staff due to the fact that we were getting breakfast. Just poored a fresh cup of coffee. Steam was still coming off the cups. Placed our drinks on a table, then proceeded to get our free breakfast. Staff was cleaning, watched us get coffee and then waited until we were getting our food and then proceeded to throw our fresh cups of coffee away before we returned to our table. Ruined the whole morning for us that day. Threw our food in the trash without taking a bite and checked out immediately after that. Went to a REAL breakfast after check out.
