The Small Town Charmer is a lovely cottage style home located in a well established neighborhood in downtown Hazard. It's perfect for guests coming into town for work, family gatherings or a weekend away. The house sleeps up to 7 people and pets are welcome too! The large driveway will park up to six cars and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet. I'm a great host who's always on duty and I’d love to share my beautiful home with you! Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and full of charm. One of our favorite features was the lovely back porch—perfect for relaxing in the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening.The location was central and convenient, with easy access to nearby lakes and only about two hours from both the Kentucky Horse Park and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. It made for a perfect base for day trips and outdoor adventures.Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Updates Make It Even Nicer

Since our last stay, there is a new couch and new television in the living room. The updated pillows and throw blankets make it feel even cozier as the weather turns colder. Beautiful fall colors on the drive in and out as well.

Super cute house. We instantly felt like we were at home.

We love this house. It was very comfortable and had all of the essentials we needed to make our stay a relaxing and comfortable home away from home. I highly recommend this rental. Great communication from the owner. Easy access to the highways but it was quiet at the house. The screened porch allowed us to enjoy the warm weather despite the unusual storms that hit during our stay. We hope to stay here again the next time we come to visit family.
