Banff National Park trip.

Our stay was excellent ! Nice service and confort. I heard it was sold and in September will be closed for a year for a big renovation. Views are gorgeous and shuttle and town transportation is included.

Mountainside weekend

The Rimrock is a premium-priced 5-star hotel in a beautiful mountainside setting. The hotel was built in the early 1990s and is starting to show its age. The hotel will be closing later in 2025 for renovations. The guest room we stayed in was an amazing 2 room suite with valley views. For special events like anniversaries and birthdays, it’s worth it to stay at the Rimrock.

Rimrock was a great place to stay.

Great service from everyone! The views were amazing. Very clean. Maid service included turndown. We only ate at the buffet for breakfast. It was mediocre. Coffee shop was lovely. We bought sandwiches for a day touring. They were outstanding! Bus service was always on time and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable stay at Rimrock with family. Spectacular 360 degrees views of the mountains. Location is about 2 miles from Banff downtown but easy to access using free bus passes provided by the hotel. Staff was friendly n helpful. Overall just perfect.

The Rimrock was a lovely stay, a little dated and the bathroom in my room was dirty when I checked in and the entry way light was out. The service was great and all staff was very helpful. Comfy bed and robes!
