Check in was okay but when we arrived I told them the number of people in the room was 2 not 4. When we checked out still got charged for 4. Don’t know if we are going to get refunded. Front desk person said we booked through Expedia. I said so what makes the difference. We told you at check-in to change. Obviously they didn’t. This all got screwed up when I had to cancel one room do to illness on expedias sight. You need to figure this out!

I couldn’t believe how bad this was. The only reason we stayed was because we were tired from a 9 Hour Dr. and just wanted to lie down. The thermostat didn’t work. Extremely dirty, pretty much everywhere. I even refused to go under the bedsheets.Burn marks on the couch cushions. Bedroom TV remote turned on, but wouldn’t do much else. Bathroom sink was cracked, as was the toilet tank cover.

The lobby is a nice eye-catcher when you first enter. The breakfast had a good variety and the food was better quality than many. The queen beds felt like a double, but they were comfortable. We just noticed some dings and scratches and dents in many walls around the hotel-- mostly in the room, halls, and pool room. Could use a nice paint touch-up "face-lift".

Elevator broken

The elevator was broken and there were no rooms available on the first floor. I had surgery on my leg so I can’t do stairs. The desk clerk cancelled the reservation. Then we had to drive around and find another hotel. I don’t know why they didn’t notes as soon as they knew about the elevator.

IN BUISNESS PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PUT FIRST !

It was one the worst hotel stays ive ever had ,bed linen for pull out sofa was stained ,the room was dark ,not enough lamps for reading! WORST THING WAS BEING EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF MY FRIEND ,BEING TOLD BY THE FRONT DEST CLERK THAT WE COULD NOT SIT AND TALK ANY LONGER AT THE TABLE BESIDE THE LOBBY AND IT WAS LATE US TWO VERY QUILT LADIES HAD TO GO TO OUR ROOM ! I FOUND OUT 2 DAYS LATER THAT WHAT HE DID WAS WRONG, BUT WE HAD BEEN EMBARRASSED AND HURT ! I WONNT STAY THERE ANYMORE! MY VISITS WITH MY FAMILY IN IN KENTUCKY ARE ONCE A YEAR,AND THIS WAS MY 3 DAYS UNTIL 2026

The room itself was setup good. The amenities provided was great. The only thing I could say that was not great. The bed was not comfortable, and seemed smaller then a queen size. There was a smell coming from the A/C, and it was very noisey. Overall we were pleasured with our stay.
