We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids. We will never come back to this hotel. There was a mold on the ceiling, trash was not empty daily, breakfast had very limited choices and usually not enough food even at 8 am. Pool also not heated.

Lot of people behind the counter, are you ALL NEW?

Hotel was located conveniently near the racetrack and interstate. Staff just seemed to struggle checking customers in. Breakfast was possibly the absolute worst Ihave ever seen. Coffee ran out and it was almost 20 minutes before watery liquid that should have been coffee returned.
