They shouldn't even say they have a breakfast because they don't. They had toast and waffles. Ridiculous.tge room was tiny. No cups no coffee maker the door to outside on the side of the building the lock was broken so not secure at all. No staff anywhere when you rang the bell
The staff was so friendly and helpful. This was a nice clean facility. The walls were very thin, so unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise through the night. The staff worked very hard to make sure we were accommodated to make sure heat was working. We appreciate that!
This was probably our 6th stay in 9 years at the hotel and it will be our last. We have stayed everytime we go down to visit but the hotel keeps getting more rundown. There are weird stains on carpets in hallway and even worse smell. We had to get toilet paper and new towels as NO one cleaned our room. Text message at check in said it would be cleaned on 3rd day but never was. We were there 6 nights. Sad to see such a great place in the past just ran horribly now. The only bright spot was Tiffany at front desk
