Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk. We waited five minutes and then I went looking and the front desk person was in the laundry room talking to another employee. He was not very friendly and when I asked if they had 24 hour coffee available he told me no they only do coffee at breakfast. I have stayed at a lot hotels and they all offer complementary coffee all the time. When we got to the room it did not look like the pictures. The comforter on the beds were different and not as nice. The room looked like it had been cleaned very quickly and not very well. The desk chair was also broken and you could not sit in it. I told the front desk person and they switched the chair from another room. The next morning we came down for breakfast at 8 and there was barely any food left and no more was brought out even though there was still an hour left for breakfast. I was completely disappointed I’m my stay.
