Great stay, right where we wanted to be! Common areas, hallways, elevator, and room all clean, in good repair, and the room even smelled good. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, including waffles and biscuits & gravy. Will definitely stay again!

The room was not ready 45 minutes after check in when we arrived—and the gentleman at the front desk was not apologetic in any way for it. He said there was only 1 housekeeper. The room was nice. Breakfast was just ok. We did get a really good price on the room though.

I have stayed here before and the common areas are noticeably very clean. Breakfast options were good. The room was also comfortable and clean. Overall, a great stay! We will definitely stay again.

We stay at this property a couple times per year. Always been very nice…..This trip not so nice, check in was good as usual, got to the room, the toilet was attached but wasn’t secured the whole unit literally would rock back and forth like a rocking horse, we reported it. Then tried the tv it never worked, we reported that. Was told oh there’s several rooms with goofy toilets and the plumbers coming Monday. Wasn’t offered a new room. Nothing like having your 93 year old mother inlaw trying to go potty while riding a moving toilet! We most probably will never stay here again. Last year they cut back on breakfast. There’s too many other hotels in that area that are much nicer for the same price with full breakfast included.

My family and I need a place to stay to break up the trip to Florida. We arrived late at night an unfortunately the night desk attendant did not seem to want to to work at all. I had to show him his own website ad to get him to do anything. He fought me on everything. Example- there was a free co available for everyone if requested. We asked for one and he said they don’t offer one…..until I made him call his boss and his boss confirmed it was supposed to be available. Also breakfast wasn’t even breakfast, they made some food, but not nearly enough for the paying customers, but then we saw a bunch of house cleaning staff come in and eat before their shift. Plus the juice machine was broken. Overall I’ll stay somewhere else in bowling green.
