Disappointed that the 1 bedroom room style we reserved wasn’t actually available/accessible for guest use because of repairs needed but was still being advertised online during our stay as an available accommodation. Pedro was excellent at housekeeping. Our beds were made like a marine had made them. Laura at the front desk was very hospitable. She made us feel very welcome. The breakfast area was well maintained and clean.

Ĥotel clerk was very helpful, kind and patient with us as we tried to navigate abooking error. Also, when I asked her to switch out our desk chair she did not hesitate to just walk over to the business center and pull me out a new one. Before I knew it, the chair was up in my room.

The room was very comfortable and big. Linens and towels were good quality. Bed was very comfortable. The only problem was the parking - there was not enough. There was a pick up truck pulling a trailer that took up 5 spaces. Not good! Instead of having that person move, I was told to park on the grass or in a handicap spot - neither of wich i wanted to do.
