Felt dismissed

I wanted to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel. While I appreciated the quick check-in and friendly service from the young lady at the front desk, I encountered several issues that I believe need addressing. Firstly, my room was not properly cleaned, as I found hair in the shower and an unpleasant smell. When I raised this with the front desk, the response was less than satisfactory. Additionally, I had an uncomfortable interaction with an older gentleman at the front desk regarding my new reservation. His handling of my credit card was concerning, and I felt dismissed when I requested to speak with a manager. He told me that no manager wasn’t on site

Dirty Rooms

There was poop in the toilet and the room smelled really bad, so obviously the room was not cleaned. Switched after a struggle with the front desk to another room with dirty, stained sheets and a bathroom light that didn't work.
