Front desk was amazingly very helpful with everything only good thing you have when you have wiring sitting on the floor from the ac unit you are asking for a law suit btw i am electrician been one for 36 years yes the wires are low voltage but low voltage can kill you too small child or puppy dont believe me search and it will tell you

There was a smell in the room which could have been chemicals and or mold. I had to change rooms at 4am, then just could not stay the second night, Was unable to connect to the internet despite over an hour with technical support. I had to ask for an early departure without staying over. The staff was very understanding and helpful, and cancelled charges for the second day.
