After we got moved into an accessible rom as we thought we had reserved, the room was excellent! It was clean and everything in good working order. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating when we told her our problem. The breakfasts they had every morning was delicious and plenty of it!

While room was always clean, one day either I or cleaning staff left air off all day and when I came back in the evening it smelled a little mildewy. It is Florida and when AC cooled off room I didn’t smell anymore. Staff greeted me every morning and evening. And it was a perfect location for why I was in town.

They charged me first time and had no rooms available we went next door to holiday inn Girl was very rude and said that the manager could approve it.as i turned around she had the manager on the phone for the next person and handed her a room and refund..incredibly how they defrauded us
