Room was clean and newly refurbished. Nightstands were not plugged in yet and the office chair was poorly balanced. I actually fell backwards when i tried to lean back in it. I would check the settings on them in the new rooms as they get put into rotation.

Nice hotel but poor service.

The TV was not working. Also there was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk if anything were to happen. and the floors was sticky.

Unfortunately the maintenance man just walked right in after banging on the door to which I open to which he just enters unannounced and uninvited to put a garbage can in my bathroom 20 mins before checkout. Ok..... Awkward. And no coffee in the AM either even tho the hotel listed and said their would be. It's the little things I expect to enjoy early after waking up.

Hello So i really enjoy the place and location but because of renovations it smell like cement, so the smell is on the bedding and Towels . As i was laying on the bed there was a cockcroach in my room and it was very disturbing.
