Tv didnt work and they had to fix it, it was VERY hot im the hallways, breakfast area and especially hot in the creepy fitness room in the basement and the pool doesnt have good ventilation. It also seemed like they had permanent residents and/or functioned as an overflow for homeless families. We only stayed one night and we were traveling with a cat, so wr appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere

The facility was very nice. However with the flooring being all tiles I could hear all the click clicks from rolling suitcases which woke me with late arrivals and early departures. But other wise a very nice stay.

The room was updated and clean. The maid staff was wonderful. The front desk gal was kind but could have been more productive. The front doormats were quite dirty and a vacuum cleaner was right there and she could have taken care of it. She was not busy and had time to make an extra effort and use her time more wisely. It was a much cleaner and nicer room than what we had at a previous La Quinta.

Beds comfortable. Very quiet for being right next to the freeway. When arrived at room found door blocked open with a jam wedge breakfast was ok but eggs, potatoes and sausage were cool. No microwave in breakfast area to heat up.

Overall good experience. Staff was very friendly. The only set back was the gentleman responsible for the breakfast had his phone either in call or some kind of video in loudspeaker while guest were still sitting and earing

No Transparency

I was charged $25 to check in one hour early, but the front desk attendant didn't notify me that there would be a charge and it was a surprise when I received my digital receipt. I tried to call the hotel to talk to them about it and no one answered. Predatory practices. The proximity to the highway and 6am construction made it tough to sleep. Room was clean and spacious but furniture and fixtures need to be updated.
