I have given this hotel my business multiple times. The rooms are decent for the price/location. But it isn't worth the frustration. The manager/owner is never there. I received no email or text with checkin instructions but the reservation confirmation said check in begins at 4 which is late. I'm a business professional who travels a three state territory and have very long days. Yesterday I was up before 3:00 a.m. and had driven 6 hours plus conducted 5 business meetings by 2:00 p.m. I needed to rest and get ready for a team zoom call at 5pm. So I had to kill 2 hours waiting to check in. When I arrived there was another person waiting to check in but the manager or owner was nowhere. Unfortunately, there's a sign at check-in telling you what to do if you arrive, but the other person was standing in front of it and I had no way to know there were instructions to text the manager. He did not tell me but we both just stood there wasting valuable time with no one there to greet us and help us. She eventually arrived at 4:24 p.m.. I was then provided with the welcome message I should have received earlier that day informing me how to check in. After check-in, my room was extremely hot and there were no instructions about how to reset the temperature. So I had to reach out to the front desk and she sent me a video. Then when I had finished my business meeting, I tried to use the television but had no channels. Manager came to my room instead of helping me on phone.
