The room had bed bugs. I was assured that they were not but I confirmed that they were. We were moved the the room next door and watched as they aired it out for a day. The staff was kind but now we live in fear we brought this to our homes :(

The first room was dirty it smelt like garlic and the toilet seat was broken then we got moved to a new room right next store and there were young drunk kids banging on the walls and running around in their underwear and in the new room the bathroom tiles were not fastened to the floor they were loose this place is awful

Front desk people were great, room was clean, bed was horrible and the cleaners were banging around at about 7 am in the morning, knocking on doors and talking super loud. Parking lot had homeless people and dog poop on the sidewalks leading to lobby. Was my one day off to sleep in so I was a bit disappointed with the loudness early in the morning.
