Staff was super friendly and helpful, the property seems somewhat neglected despite what seems like a recent refresh. Weeds growing everywhere and peeling paint outside. Room 106 seemed clean but for me, the bed was uncomfortable. I'm a big guy so I could feel all the bed springs poking me in the side. I had a hard time getting comfortable and woke with a aching back and neck.

Neighborhood was lined with homeless people sleeping on sidewalks and under trees. Hotel was in very bad condition with completely worn carpet in common areas, worn out towels with holes, and a pillow unlike any I have ever experienced. A/C was cold and the room was cleaned as well as you can clean something that old. Coffee was free and plentiful. Staff was friendly.

It’s a fine place to go if you’re just going to sleep. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. No coffee pot or hair dryer. They did have a microwave and mini fridge. We checked in late and checked out early. A very bare minimum room.

The first time I stayed the room was gross pillow cases were dirty, hair all over the sink, didn’t have shampoo or soap in the room. This last time I was gonna stay they canceled my reservation and nobody that worked there could tell me why

This place is a dump. It smells. It is filthy. Moldy. Nasty. Do not stay here. The only positive thing was the man who checked us in. He was so nice and funny.

Property is a regular stop often for business. Now feeling is "sketchy" or unsafe with homeless housing next door & people milling around property. Price is decent for this property during off season. But in summer & big events in Bozeman, price is too high for what is offered. Needs a good hot breakfast for guests to make the cost worth it.

Very old motel, it was very retro. There was no extras for $200 a night. I thought it was extremely overpriced for getting nothing. I have paid less and gotten a whole lot more Many times honestly. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
