Two blocks from the Gulf, tucked between the Intracoastal Waterway and the beach in Bradenton Beach. The water is in every direction here — the question is just which way you want to face it today.

The covered deck is where the evenings happen. It's a private outdoor space for unwinding after a beach day — cold drink in hand, gas grill nearby, outdoor shower around the corner for rinsing off the sand. Not a view deck, but a genuine outdoor living room that guests consistently call a favorite part of the stay.
Inside, the layout is open and comfortable. The living, dining, and kitchen areas connect naturally — the cook stays in the conversation, the dining table seats six, and the 55" smart TV handles movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for full meals at home. A washer and dryer in the unit means a week-long stay with a family of six doesn't require overpacking.

The master suite has a king bed and its own en-suite bath. The guest bedroom has a full and twin bed configuration — flexible for families with kids of different ages. The living room sofa sleeper handles a sixth guest comfortably.

Next door to the property is a kayak and paddleboard launch onto the Intracoastal Waterway — no driving, no trailer, just walk over and get on the water. A local park within easy reach adds a fishing pier, basketball court, and playground to the activity options without leaving the neighborhood.

The beach is two blocks away with a direct access path at the end of the street. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring Historic Bridge Street, restaurants, and the full length of AMI without moving your car.

Bliss & Tonic is a two-unit property — Down and Up — both managed by Island Vacation Properties. Traveling with extended family or a larger group? Book both units together and everyone gets their own private space while sharing the deck, grill, and beach access. It's one of the better group setups on the island.

Everything was very seamless, host communicated effectively and reached out several times to make sure everything was going well. The unit was clean and ready for us and was just like the description. It was really perfect for our family of 6--4 kids aged 12, 10, 8 and 3. We absolutely loved the covered deck/porch, the pass through window from the kitchen to outside made eating out there so easy! Some things that I wanted to note that may help future guests because the information wasn't readily available. As far as staples for the house, they provide you with a handful of dishwashing pods, some dish soap and sponge as well as a few trash bags, 4 rolls of TP, and a roll of paper towels. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may want to cook or prepare. There were no storage containers for leftovers so keep that in mind. As far as pantry basics, there are none so you will need to bring your own salt/pepper, spices, extra paper towels most likely depending on the length of your stay, etc. They have a keurig and a regular coffee pot but you will need to supply your own coffee filters (standard 12cup paper filters---we did leave a pack of 200 behind so hopefully they keep them there for future guests). Not a complaint by any means, but we've stayed in VRBOs before that had these things so it's just good to know if you plan on shopping before arriving like we did. They have a full washer and dryer that we used a lot, just remember to bring some washing detergent!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. We loved it so much! The water was so warm and not real rough. The location of this property was a short walk to the beach under 5 mins. This property had everything we needed for the week. Well equipped kitchen. Large deck under roof to have morning coffee on and evening cocktails. The landscaping was so pretty and gave it a more tropical vibe especially when sitting on the deck. The beds were comfortable. There was beach chairs on property to use and a beach cart along with a smaller umbrella to take to beach. They also provided beach towels. The only thing not provided was a soft cooler to take to the beach for your drinks. This would have been nice since we flew in and that is one more thing to pack. Tampa airport was only little over an hour from this property so we flew into TPA and saved some money on flights. We would rent this property again!

Aptly Named!!

We had a relaxing and wonderful time. The unit was well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. It was a quick walk to beach and bay for amazing sunrises and sunsets. But the wraparound deck… amazing for hanging outside in the evening! This unit has a pass through window from kitchen to deck so you didn’t have to haul plates and platters through the living area. Plenty of beach related items available for use. Great place to stay!

Great location! Only a short walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so you are tucked away from the traffic and noise. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Beach chairs and wagon are provided for guests so that’s a plus. You won’t be disappointed.

The perfect Mother's Day weekend

The house was perfect for a Mothers Day weekend. The home was clean and well equipped. It has a great deck to sit out in the mornings and evenings. We watched a movie with our friends and it was super comfortable. We walked 2 small blocks to the beach and was close to all restaurants. More importantly, we were away from traffic as they are doing construction further down the road. I would say this is a perfect little getaway!

Great Property

This was a great property and the owners were quick to respond and very helpful. We did not have to contact the property managers. The only downside was the family staying in the upstairs unit bc we heard every footstep they took.

Overall a Good Place to Stay

We rented this property because our sister-in-law and her family were renting on Bradenton Beach. Not the type of place we usually rent when we go to Florida. It has everything needed for a week's stay. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and towels. Unfortunately, many of the dishes and silverware were dirty. The deck and the deck furniture need a good cleaning.The chairs on the deck are filty!!
