Great location, very clean house, great pool

We had a lovely stay. The house was very clean, the rooms were great. The pool and hot tub were a favorite with the kids. You can easily walk to Bridge St and the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Spring Break 2025

It was the perfect location to the beach! We had 11 of us and there wasn’t enough seating in the living room for all of us! The road is super skinny and has cars parked everywhere and houses are under construction so all kinds of noise and trucks in and out all day with trailers and heavy equipment.. we couldn’t get our vehicles in the driveway very well as we all have big cars.. we were able to use the garage so we were able to park a vehicle in there… the hot tub stopped working mid week and we called it into property manager but they didn’t have time to come fix it as of when we left.. we had problems with the Wi-Fi and pool area furniture that was broken but they came right out and took care of those issues..overall great location to a lot of the island and ocean right across the Main Street! Bikes were too rusted to work but beach chairs supplied were nice!

Nice Beach View House - But Spa Didn't Work

We booked this property on short notice for 14 days. When we arrived, it appeared that the house hadn't been inhabited in a while. The HVAC was off and it was musty. After a day of cycling the AC, the musty smell went away. I attribute all of this to our short notice booking. We enjoyed the pool, the pickleball court, the amazing view, and the short walk to the beach. All of this was outstanding. My interactions with the property manager, AMI Locals, were mixed. For some simple matters, they addressed my concerns with quick and friendly responses and fixes, which I greatly appreciated. There was one significant issue: The spa jets didn't work. I reported this right away. They told me that they would dispatch someone. I called back the next day, no update. I called back the day after that, and they told me that the owner refused to fix the spa jets. I expressed concern because I had booked the property in part for the spa. I asked for some financial accommodation for that, and they told me that I could get passes to a nearby resort and use their pool facility if I wanted. Then, Blaize from AMI Locals told me that the spa doesn't have jets. I took some pictures to prove her wrong, but she stuck to her position. I feel like AMI Locals decided to lie to me, so they didn't have to act on my request to fix the spa or offer me financial accommodation. In summary, we loved the house and location, but don't trust the management company/owner.

The home amenities, location and views were great. The floors were in need of a good scrub, and the ice maker did not work. We did not request maintenance or cleaning as we did not want to be disturbed - please fix for your next renters!

This house needs some major TLC -- maintenance issues in every room of the house, the home was not clean, the pool is an oversized hot-tub with zero sun. The only thing good about this home was the proximity to the beach and Bridge Street. We did speak with the property management team, several times, and while some of the issues were addressed not everything could be taken care of while we were there without disrupting our vacation. This home is not maintained.

Great home that fits a large group

Great place to get together with family and friends. Initially we had some minor issues but the management company took care of it fast. Walking distance to the beach and few places to eat. Would stay here again.

Great location the house could have been so much better!

Overall the stay was great and the property is in a fabulous location albeit the road is loud and very busy at times. It is such a shame that we had several issues With our stay and only being there 4nights made for a disappointing experience with this property. I made sure to contact the agents about all the issues of which they resolved most of them - below is a summary; Extremely dirty - even with finding false eye lashes in the bathroom Not enough glasses, cups and sharp knifes missing No brush and dustpan No iron Spa not heating initial and light not working. Only 1 beach chair No sofa seating by the spa(As per photo) Cigarette ends on all of the out door balconies(we are non smokers) Front door very stiff and hard to open. Utilities like glasses , bowls, serving spoons etc very dirty. They never commented on the dirty photos I sent or the lack of sofas by the spa. However they did provide us with more cups, knifes and the other missing items. We paid full price for our stay and full price for the cleaning- I only hope future guests have a better experience as all of the issues we had can easily be mitigated prior to people booking the property.

Great time with family

My family and I spent a week at this property and it was great. More than enough room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The management company is very responsive and sent someone to fix a door handle and TV right away. As other reviewers have said, the stairs are inconvenient for toddlers and elderly - this is very true. If you have a baby/toddler I’d recommend bringing a gate for the stairs. Also, the house is not very soundproof - the living room/dining room is right above the 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor so I’d recommend noise cancelling machines be installed in the bedrooms. Nevertheless, the beach is an easy 2min walk and the pool area is a nice place to enjoy the outdoors in the shade. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend this home and the management company!!

This was our first trip to AMI and we loved it! The beaches were beautiful. Probably the best beaches we've been to in Florida. Location of the house is excellent. Short walk to the beach and Bridge street. The house was a good size for all of us. Overall clean, besides the pool and pool area. Which I messaged about and was never responded too. The home could use an outdoor shower area for all the sand. They do have a water spicket though. The stairs were alot, but we were prepared for that. Wouldn't work for young children or the elderly. The balconies were beautiful. And the kitchen and living space were very nice with ocean views. The house could use one big table by the pool. Because that's really the only place our whole group could gather. Its a little broken up. Overall we would definitely come back to AMI but probably find a different house.

Beautiful home near the beach!!

Great stay. AMI was easy to communicate with. The house is nicely laid out and well-positioned near the beach. The only complaint would be the three king sized beds are on their last limb—you sink into them in the middle and it’s not comfortable. If these were replaced the house would be perfect!

Great Views!

Great location, great views of the ocean. You might see dolphins while doing some dishes :) Big house, enough to accommodate a big family. I will say it’s not small kid friendly, because of all of the stairs. We rented some baby gates from one of the local rental company called “Fun and More”. The house was clean, modern, close to everything. It has everything you will need, from all of the kitchen appliances, down to beach toys, cart, cooler, umbrella etc. However, some of the beach chairs need to be replaced due to rust, also all of the lamps are due for replacement or fixing as they wobble. The beds might need some adjustments too, they we’re kinda uncomfortable and made so much noise, which isn’t great when you co sleep with your little one. Overall we loved our stay. The staff from AMI locals were very pleasant, and responded quickly to questions or concerns. We loved the Anna Maria Island. We plan to revisit again next year 😀
