The private veranda overlooks the beach directly — the right spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the Gulf. Ten-foot ceilings open the interior up considerably for a three-bedroom unit. The kitchen has granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances — fully equipped for a week of meals at home.

The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island. For guests who want to fish or simply watch the water, the city pier is two blocks away — one of the better vantage points on the southern end of the island for watching the boat traffic between the Gulf and Tampa Bay.
