Welcome to La Vida es Bella- where life is truly beautiful!

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is nestled within the beautiful Perico Bay Club, with only a short drive to Anna Maria Island. This unit offers all you need to feel right at home.

Relax in one of the two heated community pools or take advantage of the exercise room, shuffle boards, and tennis courts- you will not run out of fun things to do! Rent a couple bikes and take a leisure ride down to Robinson's preserve to bird watch or to climb the lookout tower.

La Vida es Bella has one king bed and a second murphy queen bed. Cable TV and WI-FI is provided along with la fully stocked kitchen. Linens and beach towels are provided as well. Please keep in mind that this property is a one month minimum and you must complete a background check per person per the HOA requirements, application fee is $125 for US citizens and $165 for international guests.
