We all know its all about LOCATION, well this home is located so close to downtown Bradenton, 8 miles to Beautiful Gulf Coast Crystal Sand Beaches, 4 miles to GT Bray Community Pool and Pickleball Center, under 1 mile to Shopping, Entertainment, Arts & Museums and restaurants to please any palate. We are also surrounded by great golf clubs in the Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa area.
Beautifully done 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open floor with lots of natural light, high ceilings and tile throughout the entire home welcomes you in! The kitchen is open and friendly with granite countertop and rich warm brown tone cabinets with plenty of storage and stainless steel appliances makes the kitchen warm and bright. Really nice size master with walk in closet and private bath, plus 2 guest rooms both good sizes as well!
