We had an awesome stay! The condo was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The washer and dryer came in really handy during our stay.The Shorewalk complex is beautiful and in a great spot. The local grocery stores (Aldi and Publix) and restaurants (Applebees and Outback Steakhouse) are within walking distance. We took a few photos when we arrived, but the place is even nicer in person.Ervin was great host, super responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for everything!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, even going the extra mile to recommend some amazing local restaurants (which we loved!). You can tell a lot of care has gone into making this space comfortable and welcoming. We're already planning to return in a few months, and we’ll absolutely stay here again if it’s available. Highly recommend!

Great condo! Very quite complex. Internet was spotty but I think it was the rain and no fault of the owner. Just glad my husband had a hot spot because he had to work. Stayed here while my son was at IMG for camp and would stay here again! Great location, clean, well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay at Ervin's condo. The condo is beautiful and modern. The complex has 2 pools, pickleball courts and is about a 15 mins drive to the local beaches. It's also within walking distance to the grocery stores and restaurants. We plan on coming back in the winter and we will definitely stay with Ervin again.

Excellent Vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious condo. The unit was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities were wonderful. Everything from the pools, hot tubs, pickleball courts, and clubhouse staff was top-notch. It was also in a perfect location, close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Inaccurate description of property

Property was on the second floor, which was not disclosed until after I had reserve the unit and received the address, seeing that it was unit number 201. In addition, it was described as having a “stunning waterfront view”, what it actually was was a retention pond full of algae with an inoperable fountain. I enclosed a photo. The apartment was nice enough, but it showed signs of where and there were a few things that were broken or that just simply didn’t work. The property was dated, but at one time was probably very nice. It was very clean, but my wife and I, being in our late 70s, With some health issues, did not like climbing the stairs. Further, no one would ever want to sit on that balcony looking at that retention pond full of algae. The only stunning part about it was that we were stunned to see how unattractive it was.

Great get away!

Love the beautiful condo! Condo was decorated beautifully with comfortable beds. Great location to everything and the beaches were just a short drive away. Also the complex and condo was very quiet. Had a very peaceful, relaxing time there! Really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again!

Shorewalk Condo

The condo unit looked as promised and was clean and well- equipped. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler were a huge asset when going to the beach- I cannot stress this enough. The King bed linens were thin, too small for the mattress, and the down comforter in the master was very heavy for a warm climate. Perhaps a thinner king blanket would help create a better nights sleep. However, I would recommend this condo- great location and good space for a family- we spent a lot of time on the screened porch!The Shorewalk property evidently does not participate in a recycling program- which is hard to believe in 2025. This is environmentally backwards- and something that really bothered our family..

Amazing Stay!

We love our stay. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. Everything is very close (grocery stores, restaurant, shopping, etc.). We loved the fact that we could used two different pools onsite and we also visited the local beaches. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit family.
